In line with the words of Swami Vivekananda, the college devised its vision and mission. i.e.to empower the women teachers in all the quality aspects and to blend their intellectual curiosity with emotional, social, moral and spiritual attributes, hence in accordance with this, the college is offering copious experiences to teacher trainees from its inception. The College facilitates to kindle the hidden talents of trainees through talent search programme and assists to know about themselves through organizing Achievement motivation programme at the beginning of the course. Teaching Aptitude test also administers in order to identify their aptitude and also assess their entry level. Umpteen programmes have been organized to empower them. Women teachers should need the healthy work and life balance, hence the main focus has been laid on maintaining the healthy work and life balance by catering the programmes on developing inter personal skills, stress management and enhancing emotional intelligence in the pre service. To meet the present challenges the college is offering skill oriented courses and certificate courses like Arts and Aesthetics, Educational technology and soft skills. Besides, Gender issue is included as one of the papers to sensitize them to examine their personal attitudes and beliefs. To strive and achieve high standards across the country and globe the students are trained on latest  technological devices like smart boards and collaborative learning strategies in ICT like Padlet, Nearpod, flipped classroom. Likewise, Students are motivated to actively use and participate in the LMS “Edmodo’’ environment to prevent their technophobia. Club activities are designed in order to update and make them strong in their subject knowledge. Furthermore to develop employ ability skills the special coaching classes for TET, NET, TRB and capacity building programmes are also catered. Orientation programmes are often organized through district employment office. On and off campus interviews are arranged through placement cell to second year students. Before the on and off campus drives, essential training by using ICT and communicative English training are also offered for trainees for getting their dream job. Students not only learn the academic curriculum prepared by the teachers, they also learn social rules and expectations from interaction with others. Hence to emphasize this, diverse programmes like discussion, debate and workshops are organized to trainees to get the inputs related to interpersonal skills. By and large, developing the moral and spiritual values among students are the core aim of the college. Thus the trainees are practicing yoga after the regular prayer to cultivate their inner and physical strength. Moreover students give speech in the morning assembly for 5 minutes related to the life history and higher values preached by holy trinity. Trainees are encouraged to participate in the various cultural programmes in and off campus mainly.
