Research plays a vital role in the development of every institution. Educational research is indispensable in contributing knowledge enhancement, practical improvement, and policy information. It aims to develop new knowledge about the teaching-learning situation to improve educational practices. Research and development cell is an integral part of the activities of college.
The Research and Development Cell aspires to nurture research culture in the College by promoting research in newly emerging and challenging areas Educational research. It encourages the students and faculty to participate and undertake the research in newly emerging areas of Education including multidisciplinary fields. This enriches the research capability of budding technocrats by participating in conferences, seminars, workshops. Research Colloquia are conducted for M.Ed M.Phil Scholars by and large to scrutinize their research work. Doctoral committee meeting is held once in every six months to analyse the progress of research related work of Ph.D scholars. Research and development cell
